2. Data and materials that we may process
- Browsing and security data: IP address, date, time, URL, user agent and technical logs.
- Data sent voluntarily: name, location, email, telephone, website or social profile, description of the activity, graphic preferences and content of the request.
- Optional materials for the demo: menus, price lists, logo, photographs, texts, documents, graphic files, archives, audio, video and other content chosen by the user.
- Technical data of the archive: request identifier, file names and sizes, type, checksum, upload date and sending status.
- Cookie preferences stored in the browser.
- With analytics consent: pages viewed, source of the visit, interactions and conversions.
- With marketing consent: advertising events and campaign attribution.
- With voluntary activation of notifications: technical identifier of the push subscription, browser, device and preferences.
Those who send materials declare that they are authorized to provide them for the preparation of the requested proposal and not to include personal data, confidential content or unnecessary third-party content.

The data may be processed by hosting, security, email and support providers. Only after the relevant consent can Google Analytics 4 and Meta tools be loaded. Web notifications can use Willy Push. The materials are saved in a dedicated, non-executable and non-indexed private folder; the operational box receives a summary sheet and token-protected links to consult them and download the complete ZIP. Materials are not automatically published. For any processing outside the European Economic Area, the tools provided for by the GDPR are applied.

Requests, messages, folders and ZIP archives are kept for the time necessary to respond, prepare the proposal and manage any relationship; if the relationship does not continue, they are eliminated or made unidentifiable when they are no longer needed, except for obligations or need for protection. Abandoned upload sessions can be deleted sooner. Logs, tax data, consents and supplier data follow the respective technical and legal times.
6. Contribution
The data marked as mandatory are used to respond. Attaching materials is optional but helps personalize the demo. The number of files is not limited by the interface; technical and security limits remain applicable for the individual file and for the overall archive. Analytics, marketing and push notifications are optional: refusing them does not prevent you from consulting the site or sending a request.

You can request access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability and opposition or withdraw consent without prejudice to previous processing. Write to info@vorreigroup.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
8. Minors and updates
The site is aimed at businesses and professionals and is not intended to knowingly collect data from minors. This information may be updated when services, suppliers or policies change; the date remains visible at the opening.
